  Working with Joan at clear Lending has been the best experience of my life. I have been turned down several times because of my credit score. No one ever took the time to explain to me what exactly I needed to do so I lost all hope, just when I was about to give up and continue to pay extremely high rent I found Clear Lending and I would be forever thankful I did. They are very upfront with you through your whole process, not only that they help you. Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely nice and professional and was able to work with my credit score to give me my dream home. Joan said we will find a home before my lease was up in March and we did I closed on March 26,21 and it was a smooth process. Joan is very hands-on with you through the whole process and works EXTREMELY! hard to make sure you are happy, any time I had a question he answers right away. It never left a message and I will have him call you back kind of place. Any time I had a question no matter how late or early it was he responded quickly. If I could give the me 100 stars I would, if I can give them a review every day I would. I never thought this day would ever happen after being turned down by other companies and it did thanks to Clear Lending. Not only that my closing cost was less than I expected it to be. Joan said he would give me the best rate he could and he did just that. Thank you, Joan.   Joan is the best! He was very professional, helpful, informative, stood by our side through the whole process & was there for us 100% day & night. He worked with my credit, stayed on top of paperwork we needed to turn in, and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see.
