• income and employment verified with pay stubs, tax returns, and accountant letter and proof of business registration (self-employed).
• Assets confirmed with banking reference letter and three months statements (home country assets allowed).
• Three (3) reference letters of credit from the U.S.A. and/or home country are required or credit report
• Investment properties financing available up to 70% of the property's value or sales price, whoever is lower.
