The following is a breakdown of our Land Loan Program:

Purchase:

• Maximum Loan-To-Value of 65%.
• Minimum 660 TransUnion score required.

Refinance:

• Rate/Term: Maximum Loan-To-Value of 65%.
• Cash-Out: Maximum Loan-To-Value of 60%.
• Minimum 680 TransUnion score required for ALL land refinances (rate/term and cash-out).
• Borrower must be on title of property for minimum 24+ months at time of refinance to be eligible.

Minimum loan amount of $100k; Maximum loan amount of $865k
Max loan term is 20 yearsWe will pull only TransUnion credit. 
Rates are as low as 9.865% 
No prepayment penalties
No gift funds allowed

The land cannot be zoned commercial or industrial and can’t be for commercial use. We will accept residential or agricultural zoning, and the land use can be any of the following:  

• Building a home.
• Agriculture.
• Recreation.
