The following are some important details about the Down Payment Assistance Program:

- No First Time Homebuyer Requirement. Down Payment Assistance applicant can own another property.
- The applicant must be buying a new Primary Residence only.
- Non-Occupant Borrowers are OK.
- Property types can only be 1-4 Single Family Residence, Townhouse/Condo.
- Minimum FICO Score of 600 for the FHA and VA mortgage loans
- Minimum FICO Score of 620 for the USDA and Conventional mortgage loans.
- Maximum Sales Price on FHA Loan: $ 331,200
- Maximum Sales Price on VA, USDA and/or Conventional Loan: $484,350
- Borrowers will need to meet maximum Program Income Limits.
- Complete on-line Homebuyer Education Class. The class must be completed before you purchase your home.
