  One of my co-workers referred me to Joan Gallardo with Clear Lending. When I called him, he was in Spain. He proceeded to talk to me about my needs and concerns for a Home Equity Loan. He told me that someone from his office would be calling me. They did call me, that same day! Since then, I have been working with Jorge Balderas. He has been very helpful and always follows through with what he says and also follows up. I had talked with 3 other lenders before going to them and none of them gave me expertise service as Jorge has. My credit is not perfect, but I have worked hard after a divorce to get it where it is. I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel! Even if my loan does not get approved, I would highly recommend them. This is due to their expertise service, dedication to helping me, and professionalism.

  Joan is the first loan officer we worked with, however, we were lucky we found him as we saved so much time. Although house presented some handicaps, he took care of everything. He knows what to do after so many years of experince. If you are planning to buy a house, I advise to submit a loan application and soon will enjoy your new home!
