After being denied by my credit union for a VA loan I search for someone local in the Houston area. I'm glad I found Joan, Jaqui and the whole team. They good people will take care of you never rush you in the process always guide you trough the whole process from getting a mortgage searching for a house to closing on the house. After four months of searching I'm a first time home buyer and the whole process was smooth even though I was outside of Houston, thanks to Joan and the team.

Joan Gallardo was able to get me from phone call wanting a good home but not wanting to use a ton of my cash for down payment to being in the home in just a few months. Worked as a realtor and helped secure the lending...all in one. Honestly it was perfection. They got me in a better home than I expected when I first called. I can honestly say this was more than I expected, and it took a ton of stress out of a situation I was worried about starting. My only regret is not calling them earlier. I had worried I was not going to get what I wanted for a long time...I got it with Clear Lending.

  Joan

I very much appreciate all the help you, Elena and Edgar gave to me. I remember you reassured me that you would do everything possible to get me to own a home again. As I have always said you all worked so hard on my behalf and for that I will always be grateful. This was a great team effort that I won't ever forget.

  Thank You,

  Linda Simien

Clear Lending went above and beyond to explain the process from application to closing and see us through to the end. These people are really committed. Even coming in on a day off. Joan was amazing and cant thank him enough. Thanks for making my dream come true.
