  I am so grateful to this lender for doing what no one has been able to do or maybe had the patience and will to do. I have been trying to complete the purchase of my house for over a year and previous lenders they would not answer me back after I submitted an application or simply be interested in helping me or give me an action plan to put in place. Well these guys did it and now me and my family have a house to start making our memories. I am so grateful to Joan and Patricia for all their help.   Thanks Joan for you amazing work with our home loan. I still can’t believe I purchased a house for $174,000 and went to closing with $769 besides my $1000 earnest money deposit. I submitted an application online on 10/5/2016 after I read online about VA Programs Clear Lending offered. Next day Joan Gallardo called me and after his applications dept. completed an Pre-Approval, he told me from the start not to worry that he would be able to take care of me. And boy he did! He even negotiated on behalf of my agent with listing agent getting me a large seller contribution. This guy is very knowledgeable and I truly recommend him. He took the time to explain everything step by step and at any time of day. I am a DACA recipient and that wasn't no issue at all for Mr. Joan to get me a loan for the low rate of 3.875% interest.   One of my co-workers referred me to Joan Gallardo with Clear Lending. When I called him, he was in Spain. He proceeded to talk to me about my needs and concerns for a Home Equity Loan. He told me that someone from his office would be calling me. They did call me, that same day! Since then, I have been working with Jorge Balderas. He has been very helpful and always follows through with what he says and also follows up. I had talked with 3 other lenders before going to them and none of them gave me expertise service as Jorge has. My credit is not perfect, but I have worked hard after a divorce to get it where it is. I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel! Even if my loan does not get approved, I would highly recommend them.
