  I highly recommend Joan. I reached out to Clear Lending because I was not receiving information and good customer service from the first mortgage company I reached out to. Joan was extremely professional,informative and patient. He spoke to me for over 45 minutes and answered so many questions that I had as a first-time home buyer. I was looking for the Michael Jordan of mortgage brokers and Joan at Clear Lending is exactly that! He definitely cares and works very hard To help his clients in any way that he can.

  I want to start this review saying big thanks to the Clear Lending team especially to Joan Gallardo because without him None of this would be possible..., We Choose Clear Lending initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Joan gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. He helped us get into our dream home with minimal stress, thanks to him and his team we got the house that I and my family were looking for, he was more than communicative, understanding, and patient as we dragged him through dozens of open houses, Joan always kept a very communicative attitude and had the answer for each of our questions no matter what day of the week was o how late. Most important to us, Joan was always honest with us about what he thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Joan again to both sell our home and find a new one. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING CLEAR LENDING!!!!

  One of my co-workers referred me to Joan Gallardo with Clear Lending. When I called him, he was in Spain. He proceeded to talk to me about my needs and concerns for a Home Equity Loan. He told me that someone from his office would be calling me. They did call me, that same day! Since then, I have been working with Jorge Balderas. He has been very helpful and always follows through with what he says and also follows up. I had talked with 3 other lenders before going to them and none of them gave me expertise service as Jorge has. My credit is not perfect, but I have worked hard after a divorce to get it where it is. I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel! Even if my loan does not get approved, I would highly recommend them. This is due to their expertise service, dedication to helping me, and professionalism.
