    One of my co-workers referred me to Joan Gallardo with Clear Lending. When I called him, he was in Spain. He proceeded to talk to me about my needs and concerns for a Home Equity Loan. He told me that someone from his office would be calling me. They did call me, that same day! Since then, I have been working with Jorge Balderas.
