  I cant thank enough all the hard work I have seen all staff do for my approval. When I applied my score was 2 points under the required to have low down payment. They rescored my credit after paying couple of bills and on top were able to negotiate few repairs on the house I was buying. Sellers didnt want to contribute but eventually Joan was able to convince them. I am really happy with my new house and I will be eternally grateful for making this possible.

  Joan with Clear Lending is direct, honest and very helpful. We were very lucky to have him. He is very easy to communicate with. He gives you a clear view of your loan situation and then he helps and guides you in each and every step. Ours was not an easy transaction but he was there guiding us the whole time.   My wife and I were able to purchase our first home thanks to the team at Clear Lending. It was a condo so it was not an easy process at all due to all the paperwork needed, however the team worked around the clock and we were able to close a couple of days ago. I should mention also that my wife and I are both on work visas here in the states and to find a bank that is willing to offer a mortgage without requiring 20% down payment is a huge relief. We are really really grateful, thank you, Joan and team. On a last note- a big THANK YOU to Patricia who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout this process.
