  One of my co-workers referred me to Joan Gallardo with Clear Lending. When I called him, he was in Spain. He proceeded to talk to me about my needs and concerns for a Home Equity Loan. He told me that someone from his office would be calling me. They did call me, that same day! Since then, I have been working with Jorge Balderas. He has been very helpful and always follows through with what he says and also follows up. I had talked with 3 other lenders before going to them and none of them gave me expertise service as Jorge has. My credit is not perfect, but I have worked hard after a divorce to get it where it is. I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel! Even if my loan does not get approved, I would highly recommend them.
